We had another visitor waiting for us tonight. This time the JUDGE had to take care of this rattler. Much larger than the last one but only 9 rattlers. It was on the south side of the house by the roses. |

We had a visitor waiting for us today when we returned from church. I have put seed out for her. Hopefully the beautiful cardinal will stay. I think this is the first one at the house that I know. |

One of the first wildlife you will see in Alaska is the eagle. There are two nest very close to Layne's home in Wasilla. You will see the eagles every day. |

We are hiking to the creek that is located at the base of the bluff from Layne and Jolene's house. No snakes in Alaska but watch out for bears! |
